I offer private 1-1 Craniosacral Therapy sessions in Ditchling and Hurstpierpoint, as well as low-cost group 1-1 sessions in Lewes.

Lewes
Lewes Craniosacral Collective is a group-offering with up to four sessions happening simultaneously. Myself and other craniosacral therapists work alongside each other, on the principle that it could be any one of the therapists in the collective who you have a session with. Our aim is that this variety, in the context of a consistent group setting, therapist pool and ethos, can be fruitful and enriching.
Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday afternoon.
Sessions for over-16s lasting 35minutes – £30 cash or pay what you can
Parking is available nearby at Pinwell Road, Mountfield Road and Lewes Railway Station.
