I completed a degree in Health Sciences and worked in the third sector before training in craniosacral therapy.
I came to craniosacral therapy after a cancer diagnosis. I needed support in connecting to my body, and feeling more centred and at peace – craniosacral therapy gave me a deep holding which enabled these. I left feeling calmer, more present and more whole.
I find it deeply rewarding witnessing someone connect with themselves and their inner health. The shifts that can happen for people keep me passionate about this work.
I completed my training with Body College, a course accredited with the Craniosacral Therapy Association UK (CSTA).
I am a registered member of the CSTA and as such bound by their code of ethics and a commitment to continue my professional development.
